The Festival Committee reserves the right to alter the times, durations and frequencies of performances.

Performers are requested to be present in the stage area and ready 30 minutes before their scheduled performance times.
The duration of each performance should not exceed 15 minutes. The artists are requested to perform 3 songs/dances maximum per one performance even if the overall timing is less than mentioned above (unless the other conditions are indicated in the contract).
Performers are asked to keep the length of their performance(s) to the agreed upon duration and to respect the scheduled performance time(s) as will be indicated near the stage entrance
Dressing rooms will be provided at the rear of the stage
Snacks and refreshments for performers and volunteers will be available near the stage
Performers are asked to take care with their personal belongings as the Festival cannot be held responsible for them
