Vendor Opening Hours

1. Friday set up for some vendors example out of town if they wish
2. Saturday vendors can be open for operation 10:00am to 10:00pm. No one will be able to leave before 10pm if they need to have a car pull up and remove their stuff, as the street remains closed until 10pm to traffic.
3. Sunday vendors hours 10:00 am to 5pm. Any vendor wishing to close earlier can do so but must respect the fact that he/she can not bring any car in on 12th ave before the stated hour.

Vendor spots will be assigned by the Festival Committee on a “first come, first served” basis, once the completed registration form and full payment is received and approved by the Festival Committee.

• All vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean
• All vendors are responsible for cleaning kiosk area before leaving
• All vendors are asked to take care with their personal belongings as the Festival cannot be held responsible for them
