Become part of the festival and grow your business

Follow these steps to become a vendor at our Festival

Step 1: Fill out the vendors application form below.

 

Step 2: Download the vendors agreement form.

 

Step 3: Mail us the signed copy of the Vendors agreement form and a cheque for the full amount of payment. Address and payment instructions are in Section B of the Vendors agreement form. Please note that only signed and returned copies of contract with full payment will be considered.

Important information for vendors

Vendor Pricing

 

Non-food Vendors :

(Arts and crafts, business organizations)

1 day – not available

2 days – $275  (Early Registration)

2 days – $375  (Late registration)

 

Food Vendor:

1 day – not available

2 days – $800  (Early Registration)

2 days – $900  (Late registration)

 

Rental Extras:

tent (1) – $225

table (1) and chairs(2) – 40$

electricity for each connection (1) – 95$

Vendors must staff their kiosks during the following hours:

Saturday:      10:00 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sunday:     11:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The deadline for applications is:

Early registration by July 26th

Late registration from July 27th to August 12th

Please be advised that the Montreal Ukrainian Festival Committee reserves the right to assign a booth location based on the availability and compliance with city regulations, and what it deems suits best the overall presentation and logistics of the Festival and other vendors. We appreciate your understanding.
